Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom terrace in Paddington for our interstate investors.

Based in Queensland our clients were seeking a Sydney investment. They needed 3 bedrooms, a light and bright aspect and some all-important width!

Result: We found the perfect home and purchased it pre-auction!
