Double Bay

Brief: To source and secure a 2+ bedroom house for owner builder clients.

Having just sold their current home, we were on a tight schedule.

We wasted no time and got started right away. Initially, the brief was for Paddington but knowing our client’s skillset we searched a litter further afield. In fact, we had already inspected the perfect home. Now it was just a matter of getting the client there!

Result: The client agreed, it was perfect and we purchased it the next day!

We immediately got to work and begun our due diligence. Once satisfied we submitted a pre-auction offer which to our client’s delight was accepted! This brought our clients search to a total of just 48 hours.. Here is our clients review;
