Rose Bay

Brief: To source and secure a house or semi for our overseas investor client’s. Ideally with room for a pool!

Currently based in Singapore, our clients were seeking a low maintenance home that they would rent out in the short term, with a view to come back to and live in the future. Initially casting a wide net, we soon honed in on the Rose Bay & Vaucluse locations.

Result: We found the perfect home and secured it prior to auction!

Once we saw it, we knew this was going to be the one! We undertook all necessary due diligence before making a successful pre auction offer. The final price came in under budget and our clients were over the moon with their new home!
