Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom terrace in Sydney.

Based in Country NSW our clients were seeking a Sydney base. They needed 3 bedrooms, light and bright aspect and some all important width!

Result: We found the perfect home and purchased it off market!

Our client’s saw this home and instantly fell in love with it. We worked on this behind the scenes for weeks. Then, after seeing an unrenovated townhouse sell at auction for almost $4m we then decided to make a move before this hit the market.
