Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom terrace for a local family.

Having sold a Double Bay apartment, the goal was to achieve a home with more space for their growing family.

Result: We found a sensational terrace house in a premier street.

Initially the budget would have allowed for a more expensive/ more polished purchase however recognising the potential and upside here, made this opportunity one that was too good to pass up.

Instead of this being their 10+ year home it will likely be half of that, however with some small, clever (and inexpensive) improvements they will realise significant capital gain - then, on to the next!
