Paddington

Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom home in Sydney for a client who was making the move from London.

Based in London our clients were relocating and seeking a new Sydney home.

Initially meeting when the client was in town, they soon flew back to the UK and we were tasked with the job of finding them their new home. We communicated mostly via WhatsApp given the time difference and sent videos for feedback.

Result: We found the perfect cottage on the park and secured it prior to auction!

When we saw the home, we knew the client would love it. We sent a video, they agreed (yay!) and promptly boarded a flight to Sydney to inspect in person. They landed on Thursday - inspected on Friday and contracts were exchanged that night at 10pm. A whirlwind for sure but our client now has their Sydney dream home! We couldn’t be happier for them.
