Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom home for an expat client after living in London for many years.

An architect and designer by trade, our client was looking for a home with X-factor. Scale and proportion were of extreme importance.

Initially casting a wide net, we focused our efforts on the fun and more vibrant inner-city locations.

Result: We found the perfect home on the cusp of Paddington & Darlinghurst and secured it prior to auction!

After inspecting the property months prior during an off market campaign, when the home presented itself again (with renewed expectations), we pounced.
