Brief: To source and secure a house or semi for our overseas investor client’s.

Currently based in New York, our clients were seeking a low maintenance home that they would rent out in the short term, with a view to come back to and live in the future.

Result: We found the perfect home and secured it prior to auction!

Once we saw it, we undertook all necessary due diligence before making a successful pre auction offer. The final price came in significantly under budget (YAY! - add that to the reno budget!) and our clients were over the moon with the purchase!
