Brief: To source and secure a 3 bedroom house in the East.

Proportion and scale were top of mind for this client. Knowing a standard terrace wouldn’t suit we begun a targeted search of homes that would match the criteria, ideally with a second living space and parking.

Result: We found the perfect parkside home!
