Brief: To strategise and assist with the purchase of a property sourced by the client.
Our clients had been looking for months on their own but kept missing out. So they sought out our help.
Result: They presented us with a home they loved. Our job was to buy it - whether that was at auction or prior.
We inspected and hit the ground running. After completing all the necessary due diligence we submitted a successful pre auction offer, and just like that our client’s were homeowners!
