Brief: To source and secure a light and bright 2 bedroom apartment in a small boutique building.
Having just sold their current home, we were on a tight schedule.
We wasted no time and got started right away. Luckily, we had already inspected the perfect home (when it was off market). Now on market it was just a matter of getting the client there and making sure we were on the same page.
Result: The client agreed, it was perfect and we purchased it prior to auction!
When the client had decided this was the one, we immediately got to work and begun our due diligence. Once satisfied with the strata report we submitted a pre-auction offer which to our client’s delight was accepted!
This brought our clients search to a total of just 6 days.. and we negotiated terms that suited them perfectly by matching up the settlement dates with the outgoing property.
